Will accommodation be arranged?

Yes, for all the participants of Schola ludus will be arranged accomodation close to the institute

Are excursions obligatory?

Excursions at the first week of Schola ludus (Institute of Microbiology Academy of Science in Trebon, Biological Centre in České Budejovice, Fachhochschule in Krems, Austria and Donau Institute in Linz, Austria) and participation is voluntary. For students from 3rd countries is unfortunately not possible to participate at the Austrian excursions because of visa duty.

Will meal be arranged?

Yes, will be arranged breakfast, lunch and dinner as well in Monastery Nove Hrady but it will not be refunded to you – you should pay by your own. Anyway, prices are very nice: breakfast 35 CZK, lunch (and dinner) half portion – 40 CZK, full portion – 70 CZK

How can I become the participant of Summer school and Schola Ludus?

"Summer school" for students from high schools

• choose the project

• get your registration form for high school students

• send it to Jitka Kozeluhova: kozeluhova(a)ufb.jcu.cz

"Schola Ludus" for students from universities

• choose the project

• register for your selected projects and fill the online registration

• will be informed if you were accepted by the project leader or not

• we will send you all the details about the participation at the summer school and an invitation letter you can use to get your visa etc
